![]() Tracking System Development & Customisation Client: The Client is a leading Australian specialist provider of information technology and business processes services. Client Needs: The Client contracted a project that required a credit card application system to be customised and built. There are no existing tracking systems that are available in the industry that would meet their needs. The objectives of this tracking system were to: 1. Enable efficient tracking to handle the multi-step processes that was involved in the credit card application 2. Report on the applications on each step of the process 3. Create telephone call-back queues for incomplete applications Solution: SGS Professional, the Professional Services arm of SGS built the system from scratch in the Pivotal environment and it was fully customised to meet the Client's requirements. The system enabled the transfer of data from the appointed financial institute to the Client and provided the Client a fully automated contact centre system that reported on each step of the application. Results: With the customised tracking system, the Client was able to see an increase in efficiency in the many processes. There were no such systems available in the market and SGS was able to build a system to provide the client with automation, follow-up and reporting. |
