Event Follow-up Support
The Client:
The Client is a government department with major activities and involvement with the community in Australia.

Client Needs:
The Client organised local working group meetings in the different states. A letter was sent to each of their members and they needed support in following up on the responses to the letter via an outbound call followup campaign.

The objectives of this outbound call campaign were:
- to confirm that the members have received the letter
- to confirm that the members are aware of the issues that have been raised
- to confirm their attendance for the meeting

Solution / Results:
The client needed the followup done within 2 days and SGS completed more than 500 calls within the given time. 4 telemarketing staff were briefed and the campaign was in full gear from the word "go". SGS was also able to provide the Client with reporting and the updated database, along with the feedback, responses and results of each call.

Through this campaign, SGS was also able to help the client perform a "clean up" of the client's database by updating the contact records accordingly.
