![]() Lead Generation (Asia Pacific) Client: The Client is a worldwide industry leader in web design and development software. Client Needs: The Client was approaching the end of the financial quarter and was hard pressed to meet sales targets for the Asia Pacific region. SGS was roped in to set up a lead generation campaign within a week’s notice to assist in increasing and meeting the sales targets for that quarter. The objectives of this campaign was three-fold: 1. To generate new sales and sales leads within the region in the span of 4 weeks 2. To upgrade up sell and cross sell within the client's database 3. To distribute the leads evenly throughout the channel within the Asia Pacific Region. Solution: Considering the short notice that SGS was given, we managed to set up the telemarketing campaign, trained the telemarketing team and set up customised systems based on our client’s needs and requirements. 8 telemarketing staff were assigned to generate leads to Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and India in the following languages – Mandarin, Cantonese, English, Korean and Hindi. All was performed within the span of 2 weeks. The leads were all verified before they were distributed to the channel for a sales follow-up. Results: The Client worked closely with the team in this campaign. They were provided with an online reporting tool that showed real-time progress and results of every call that was made. The telemarketing team was able to generate, identify and distribute leads to the relevant resellers within the channel in the respective countries. Approximately $5 million worth of leads were generated and the client was able to meet their quarterly target in full confidence. |
