Reseller Incentive Program
Client:
The client was a leading IT retail distributor in Australia.

Project Overview:
The client market products from over 30 suppliers to the leading retail organisations such as Harvey Norman. The client wanted their resellers to focus on a particular product, and enlisted the help of SGS to design a reseller incentive program.

Challenge:
To develop a campaign that motivated store sales people to sell the product in sufficient volume.

Solution:
SGS developed a sales incentive web site that made it easy for sales people to see if they won a prize. This provided instant results from the sale and encouraged the sales person to try again.

Project Details:
· For every x number of units of the product sold, resellers were given a card
· Card contained a number which directed them to a web site to win prizes
· At the web site, resellers keyed in the number on the card, and the web site will search through a database to find out if the number they had keyed in matched the winning numbers
· SGS designed and built the "lucky draw" web site.

SGS built the databases behind the web site.
