![]() Direct Mail Campaign to Introduce New Product Concept Client: The Client is the leading manufacturer of web design software products. Project Overview: For the first time in Australia, the Client was launching their Web Design product. The promotion was to be a direct mail campaign targeted at existing users. Challenge: To introduce the Web Design product concept into the Australian market, and then to design, print, and integrate the campaign into our Customer Care system. Solution: SGS designed and implemented a direct mail campaign to get users aware of the software package, and provide the user with an opportunity to try out the products for themselves. Information was provided via our Call Centre services, web site and email processes. Project Details: · Prepared user database for the sending out of direct mail pack · Designed cover, envelope, and fax back sheet · Produced cover letter for direct mail pack · Printed brochures · Printed CDs and silkscreen for CDs · Updated user database with correct details · Took orders via our Call Centre · Incorporated a $100 discount voucher program, which gave users $100 off their next purchase or seminar · Sales rate from direct mail campaign succeeded expectation · Project came in under budget. |
